2. The overall wear is too fast:
The quality of the panel is not good.
The mesh tension is too small, the return tension of single-layer mesh is 3-4kg/cm, and the return tension of more than two-layer forming mesh is 5-6kg/cm.
Polyester wire fillers are of poor quality.
The large amount of filler in the mesh is lost, and there are too many filler particles between the mesh and the vacuum box panel, and the overall wear of the mesh will be faster.
The mesh is breathable and the water is filtered slowly, but the vacuum degree increases to accelerate the wear.

3. Part of the longitudinal wear is too fast: whether there are wrong stubble, unevenness and gaps on the forming plate, wiper plate and vacuum box panel; whether each roller is partially worn and corroded.
4. Part of the longitudinal bulge: whether the forming plate, wiper plate, vacuum box panel has wrong stubble, unevenness, whether there are solder joints and other protrusions in the vacuum couch roll of the breast roller, and whether there are impurities in the rubber-coated roller.
5. Guide roll entanglement: Polyester papermaking net is cleaned with low water pressure, and there are many fibers inside the net; the net has low air permeability; if there is a problem with the cleaning method, the two-layer half net should clean the paper outlet surface of the net, whether the nozzle is blocked, and the distance between the nozzle and the net surface. 15-500px.
6. Vacuum box top pulp: the air permeability of the mesh is not suitable, the pulp fiber is short and lost, and the quality of the retention aid is not good or the addition amount is small.
7. When the net is running, the range of movement is large: the corrector does not work properly, and the net edge is not straight.
8. The net narrows after a period of use: the forming plate, the wiper, the vacuum box panel or the guide roller are partially worn to form the net running for a period of time and the marking line becomes skewed (part of the net part runs inconsistently).
