1.1.1 The conveyor belt joint is not straight. The tension on both sides of the mesh belt is uneven, and the mesh belt always deviates to the side with large tension. In view of this situation, it can be eliminated by adjusting the tension on both sides of the drive roller or the redirection roller. If the adjustment cannot be made, the mesh belt joint must be reconnected;
1.1.2 The rack is skewed. The rack skew includes the skew of the center line of the rack and the high and low inclination of both sides of the rack. Both of these conditions will cause serious deviation. If the center line of the belt conveyor is found to be skew, the problem can be solved only by re aligning the head and tail, aligning the middle part, and equivalently correcting the diagonal of the rack.
1.1.3 The force on the guides on both sides is not uniform. Due to the uneven force of the guide, the running resistance on both sides of the mesh belt is not uniform, resulting in the deviation of the mesh belt. This situation is relatively easy to deal with, as long as the force of the guide on both sides is readjusted.
1.2.1 Deviation caused by adhesion of rollers and idlers: after the belt conveyor operates for a period of time, the conveyed materials or dust will stick to the rollers and idlers, resulting in uneven increase of local cylinder diameter of the rollers or idlers, uneven tension on both sides of the belt and deviation of the belt.
1.2.2 Deviation caused by mesh belt relaxation. After the adjusted mesh belt runs for a period of time, the mesh belt will be deformed or aged due to stretching, which will reduce the tension of the mesh belt, cause relaxation of the mesh belt, and cause deviation of the mesh belt.
1.2.3 Deviation caused by uneven material distribution. If the mesh belt does not deviate during idling, the heavy load operation will deviate, indicating that the materials are not evenly distributed on both sides of the mesh belt. The uneven distribution of materials is mainly caused by the incorrect falling direction and position of materials. If the materials deviate to the left, the mesh belt will deviate to the right; vice versa.
1.2.4 Deviation caused by vibration during operation. The mechanical vibration of the mesh belt machine is inevitable. The faster the mesh belt runs, the greater the vibration, and the greater the deviation of the mesh belt. In the mesh belt machine, the vibration caused by the radial runout of the idler has a great influence on the deviation of the mesh belt.
