The vibrating screen is a common screening equipment in the paper making, pulping and industrial fields. In paper making and pulping, it is used to screen, filter and purify pulp and fiber materials to remove impurities and separate fibers from the pulp.
The pulp enters the screen frame cavity through the feed port and is evenly distributed along the surface of the screen frame under the vibration of the vibrating screen. High quality fibers will pass through the screen holes and enter the lower part of the screen frame under the action of vibration and pressure, while impurities cannot pass through the screen holes due to large particles or specific gravity and remain above the screen frame. The impurities retained on the surface of the screen frame will be discharged through the slag discharge port to ensure continuous and efficient screening. The qualified pulp after screening flows out from the outlet and enters the subsequent process
