The Function of Creping Blade
The creping blade acts on the surface of the dryer cylinder to peel off paper sheet attached to the cylinder surface. At the same time, it wrinkles the paper using a certain speed ratio between the paper reel and the dryer cylinder.
The quality of the blade material, the change of the angle between the blade edge and the cylinder surface tangent, the size of the blade wedge angle, and the contact position between the scraper blade edge and the cylinder surface, etc., will have an important impact on the physical properties of the toilet paper wrinkles, such as tensile strength, fullness, thickness, and appearance. Therefore, choosing a suitable creping blade is a prerequisite for producing high-quality toilet paper.
Technical Features
The hardness of the blade is between 43 ° -52 °. It can be used for 5.6m width large paper machine at a speed of 2000-3000 m/min, 2.8m width small paper machine at a speed of 1300-1600 m/min. Its service life is comparable to that of similar imported creping blades.
