Dryer fabric daily storage:
(1)After the unused dryer fabric is inspected (many manufacturers also choose not to unpack it for inspection, and fabric manufacturers often acquiesce to problems that arise after unpacking), it is necessary to ensure that the dryer fabric is intact and restored to packaging and stored in the box and in a dry place.
(2)The general storage temperature range for dryer fabrics is between +5 °C ~ +50 °C, with the optimal range being +15 °C ~ +30 °C. Therefore, indoor insulation is required for warehouses in winter.
The dryer fabric number, location, size and packaging method are on the label on the side of the box. The arrival time of dryer fabric should be marked on the label to ensure that the dryer fabric at the same position are first in, first out, and to prevent long-term squeeze of inventory from affecting the quality of dryer fabric.
(3)When unpacking or taking out the dryer fabric, you should be careful that the dryer fabric is damaged. In particular, make sure to protect or remove nails on the end of the packaging box. At the same time, before the entire dryer is put on the machine, the surrounding strong heat, strong acid and alkali and other actions that may damage the dryer occur.
(4)When selecting dryer fabric, For dryer fabric with the same air permeability and similar length, you can choose a compromise size. Different locations share a small amount of spare parts to reduce inventory costs.
(5)The weakest point in the strength of dryer fabric is often at the threading point, especially dryer fabric with short lap road and long-term storage (not used for more than 1 year in stock). Before use, you must pay attention to whether the seam threading has aged, become brittle, and has reduced strength. In normal production, if this kind of dryer fabric disconnection is encountered, the impact will be long, so it needs to be checked in advance.
Precautions for dryer fabric installation:
(1)When installing the new dryer fabric, do not rush to cut off the old dryer fabric. You can use the old dryer fabric to connect with the new dryer fabric and pull the new dryer fabric to the required installation position. (What needs to be noted here is not to ignore the falling acceleration of the old dryer fabric. It should be reasonable. Control the falling speed of the old dryer fabric, otherwise the new dryer fabric may fall into the air hood room on the first floor, wasting installation time).
(2)After the net is installed, it should be inspected using low tension, crawling operation to ensure proper correction and tensioning operations; as the dryer fabric inspection operation is completed, the tension should be gradually increased to normal levels (usually 1.5-4kN/m, here It should be pointed out that generally speaking, the tension when manufacturing dryer fabric is 4kN/m, so it is not recommended to operate under such high tension for a long time. It is more appropriate for high-speed paper machines to keep it at around 3kN/m).
(3)When the drying cylinder temperature is gradually increased to 90 °C, the flexibility and runnability of the dryer fabric become better, and the paper machine can start to officially speed up. It is worth noting that it is usually not recommended to operate the Shinkansen network at the set speed (high speed) on the cold cylinder, Otherwise it will cause subsequent operation problems.
(4)The top dryer fabric often faces the risk of hydrolysis (high temperature and high humidity). In addition to the special attention required during the selection of the dryer fabric during procurement, the top dryer fabric must also be inspected during operation and shutdown. The edge of the upper dryer fabric may be hydrolyzed and the wire may be thrown away, which may easily cause paper breakage or net tearing.
