How to deal with blocked forming fabrics?

1. It is the most basic measure to control the resin content of pulp reasonably;

2. Reasonably control pH value and use alum to control resin barrier;

3. Strengthen the cleaning work, regularly wash and brush the pipes, beaters, storage tanks and various slurry tanks to prevent the resin from accumulating too much and falling into the paper material, which will cause paste on the paper machine;

4. Resin dispersant and fixing agent are used to disperse and remove resin.

5. When using waste paper as raw material, the treatment of waste paper shall be strengthened to prevent impurities such as asphalt and plastics from mixing.
