Edge stripping is a common problem that confuse quantities of users, what are the reasons and how to deal with it?
(1) The felt is too wide, and the edge is subject to mechanical wear such as the frame and the bearing housing, which causes the edge to fall off. Therefore, when ordering, it is generally required that the width of the felt does not exceed the roll surface.
(2) The edge of the felt is caused by the mechanical wear of the baffle-type felt polarizer.

(3) When the felt is manufactured, the edge sealing is uneven and the sealing is not firm.
The felt, especially the high-line pressure bottom wire felt, should be straight when cutting the edge, and the edge sealing should be uniform and firm.
(4) When the felt is out of edge, it should be stopped in time for trimming.
The method of trimming is to first trim off the edge and keep the edge cloth flush, and then seal the edge with an electric iron.
