How to install and use forming fabric？

1. Before installing the dry fabric, please check whether the equipment is in good condition. Unevenness, inclination, sharp burr, sand and other phenomena are strictly prohibited at the contact parts with the fabric work. The guiding fabric work system must be flexible.

2. The operation direction shall be consistent with the arrow direction on the fabric, the fabric shall be placed in the correct position, and the rollers shall be parallel to each other to prevent the fabric from deviation and discount.

3. A swing type high-pressure water device is required to flush the pipe fabric work.

4. When installing the dry fabric, the fabric shall be slightly tightened and lubricated with water. After sizing, pay attention to adjust the tension of the fabric to the normal level.

1. Natural elongation occurs at the initial stage of operation. In the first 1-2 days of operation, adjust the tension of the fabric at any time to make it meet the standard and keep the tension stable. After 3 days of operation, the elongation of the fabric tended to be stable.  

2. During use, the high-pressure water shall be sprayed, cleaned and closed in time to avoid damage to the pipe fabricwork.  

3. For large-area washing, 5% alkaline solution or 10% acidic solution can be used, or soft wool or nylon brush can be used for cleaning, and then water can be used for cleaning.  

4. When the machine stops for a long time, the fabric must be loosened and the suction system must be stopped. If maintenance is required in the process of use, the fabricwork shall be carefully removed. When the fabricwork is connected again, the fabricwork shall be connected according to the original operation direction. It is strictly prohibited to reverse.
