1. Before installing the forming fabric, please check whether the equipment is in good condition. The surface of the net shall be free of unevenness, inclination, burr, etc.

2.The running direction must be consistent with the arrow direction on the net. The rollers should be parallel to each other to prevent the net from shifting.

3. There shall be a swinging high-pressure water device to clean the steel wire.

4. When installing the forming fabric, first open the forming net slightly, add water for lubrication, and adjust the tension to normal after sizing. The tension of the low-speed paper machine is kept at 3-4 kg / cm, and that of the high-speed paper machine is kept at 4-6 kg / cm.
