How to use forming fabric

1.Check the paper machine carefully before installing the paper forming wire to ensure that the forming fabric is smooth, flat and level in contact with the paper machine.

2.check the type and specifications of the forming fabric before installation, and then quality inspection of the fabric surface (quality inspection should be careful so as not to damage the fabric)

3.No quality problems after inspection, install the forming fabric.

4.Check the running status of the forming fabirc every day, and adjust the fabric according to the usage to prevent accidents.

5.The forming fabric will be slow dehydration and other phenomena later in use, and even affect the quality of the paper, it is recommended that the wire be replaced regularly.

6.It is strictly forbidden to run the paper machine without water.

7.It is forbidden to use steam to clean the surface of the forming fabric and to clean the fabric with a metal brush.

8.Shut down the high-pressure water before shutting down to avoid damaging the fabric.
