Production Process

1. Base paper slicing: Use a slicer to cut the raw materials of web paper into narrow web paper.

3. Reeling pipe cutting: put the roll paper cut by the paper cutter on the paper pipe rack, add glue on the glue box, run the equipment, wind the paper spirally into shape, and set a cutting device at the end of the paper pipe to cut the paper core pipe.

4. Paper loading core pipe: load the cut paper core pipe into the car with casters.

5. Paper core pipe drying: Push the paper cart into the oven, turn on the dryer, and automatically dry the paper core pipe. The drying time is 8-15 hours, and the temperature increases from 50 ℃, 55 ℃, 60 ℃ and 65 ℃.

6. Precision cutting, polishing, packaging and loading of paper core pipes: The precision of the winding machine for cutting paper core pipes is not high. It needs to be cut again with a precision cutting machine, and the cut should be polished, packaged and shipped with a packaging bag.
