Most paper machines are badly worn at the joints with and without vacuum.
(1) Try to increase the staggered width of the vacuum box opening in turn.

(7) The speed of the upper and lower networks is not synchronized.
Whether the molding board, wiper board and vacuum box panel have faults, unevenness and gaps; Whether the rollers are partially worn or corroded.
Whether the molding plate, wiper plate and vacuum box panel are staggered and uneven, whether the breast roll vacuum couch roll has bumps such as solder joints, and whether the rubber covered roll has impurities.
The corrector is not working properly, and the net edge is not straight.
The partial wear of the molding plate, wiper plate, vacuum box panel or guide roller causes the mark line of the screen to become inclined for a period of time (local screen operation is inconsistent).
