The refiner plate is an important part of the disc refiner. It is used for grinding and filament processing of pulp fibers. The refiner plate cuts the fibers into suitable lengths under high speed operation to improve the uniformity and strength of the pulp. The refiner plate applies shear force and pressure to the pulp to produce capillary on the fiber surface, improve the fiber bonding and water absorption. The groove design of the grinding disc can effectively separate small paper making in the pulp and optimize the pulp purity.
