Press felt is mainly used in press section,plays a vital role in the entire wet paper pressing and dewatering process. According to the order of use of the press felt in the press section, it can be divided into first top felt,first bottom felt; second top felt, second bottom felt; Or it can be vacuum press felt, vacuum pressinf top felt, vacuum pressing bottom felt, etc.

Sun Hong Felt Material
The felt base cloth warp and weft are made of special nylon monofilament, this kind of material with the performance of high strength and good resilience, to ensure good water holding space and anti-press.
Sun Hong Felt Structure
The base cloth structure are adopted by multi-structure of 1+1 type. This kind of structure with high holding space, special for high speed machine requirement of dewatering. The enough void space can transfer the water in the press part fastly, and up to the purpose of high dryness.
