1) The tension on both sides of the paper-making felt is not uniform. One side is large and the other is small. After the felt is put on the machine, the tension on both sides of the felt must be consistent during tensioning, and the problem shall be adjusted in time.


2) The line pressure on both sides of the press roller is inconsistent. During the pressing process, both sides of the press roll must be pressurized at the same time, and the pressure shall be consistent. During the idling process of new felts, the line pressure shall be increased to the pressure during normal production as soon as possible to avoid long-term low-pressure idling.


3) The eccentricity of pressing roller, couch roller and water squeezing roller is inconsistent. During the production process, it is necessary to check whether the eccentricity of each press roll is moderate and consistent, especially after replacing the felt.


4) The setting of the middle height of the press roller is unreasonable, and the middle height is too large or too small. The medium height setting of the new press roll shall be reasonable and accurate. In the process of use, the medium height wear change of the press roll and the consistency of the nip pressure shall be frequently inspected to prevent abnormal wear from causing trouble to the production.


5) The entangled slurry on the roller surface was not removed in time. Keeping the roller surface clean at any time is beneficial to reduce and eliminate the deviation, discount and standard line deformation of the felt.


6) The felt roller is displaced, and the bearing is damaged and not replaced in time. During normal production, the positioning state and lubrication state of each roller must be closely monitored. In case of loose screws and bearing heating damage, measures shall be taken to fasten, lubricate and replace them in time.


7) Local uneven wear of felt roller, press roller and other rollers. In case of uneven wear, first find out the reason and replace it in time.


8) The local tension of the bottom net (base cloth) of paper-making felt is uneven. During the production of paper-making felt, the tension of the bottom net (base cloth) must be uniform. It is not allowed to use the bottom net (base cloth) with local looseness or elastic band in the production of felt.
