Use and maintenance of dryer fabric

During the use of the dry net, inspection and maintenance must be strengthened to ensure its service life. Therefore, the tension of the drying web should be properly controlled. Usually the running tension is 1-3kg/m. If the tension is too large, the rollers will be broken or the joints will be pulled apart. If the tension is too small, the drying efficiency or paper quality will be affected.

If the dry net is wrinkled or damaged during use, it can be repaired by:

(1) If the edge of the mesh is damaged, you can use scissors to cut the damaged part flat, and then carry out hot melt treatment

(2) If the mesh is split, it can be sewn with polyester sutures and then coated with adhesive.

(3) The joint is raised, and the zigzag stitching is performed with polyester suture to prevent the weft from being pulled apart

(4) Slightly wrinkled, it can be ironed on the roller, and when the wrinkled part is worn, the adhesive can be applied

There are large holes on the drying net, which are easy to be blocked and stained by paper dust, dust and oil.

The washing method is as follows:

(1) Washing on the machine: Generally, it can be washed with compressed air with a pressure of 400-500KPa, or variable pressure washing, or it can be washed with a special detergent, and then washed with water.

(2) Washing under the machine: generally in 50-60 ℃ hot water, soak in neutral detergent for 24 hours, then scrub with a soft nylon brush, and finally rinse with high pressure water.
