What is the classification of dryer fabric?

Dryer fabric is a key product in dryer section. It can be divided into three types: flat yarn and round yarn.

1. Round yarn dryer fabric

The round yarn fabric use circular monofilament and circular combined multifilament  as raw materials,through special weaving texture and technology, warping, weaving, shaping, and cutting, the endless or endless annular fabric processed by inserting and other processes is applied to the dryer section of the paper machine.

   2. Falt yarn dryer fabric

Theflat yarn dryer fabric has smooth and flat paper contact surface, high drying efficiency, superior hydrolysis resistance and high use stability. It is suitable for the paper making cadres of paper machines such as special paper, cultural paper etc.The paper machines with a speed of less than 2000m/min can meet the normal use.
