Why the paper making forming fabric edge worn so fast?

Most paper machines are badly worn at the joints with and without vacuum. How to deal with that?

1. Try to increase the staggered width of the vacuum box opening in turn.

2. Add normal pressure lubricating water to the edge of the vacuum box.

3. Apply reinforcing bars at appropriate positions.

4. Check whether the edge wiper and vacuum box have edges or gaps,especially at the joints of ceramic panels, this is a weak link.

5. Check whether there is serious wear at the edge of each roll (the diameter becomes thinner after wear, making the tension of the mesh smaller than the normal mesh surface and further accelerating the wear.
