Ceramic cleaner is specially used on low concentration cleaner. They are mainly used to separate impurities such as gravel and metal debris from the pulp. Their performance determines the efficiency of the cleaning and the life of the equipment. The ceramic cleaner is a conical device at the end of the cleaner. The lower end of the cleaner is also the most vulnerable part. The ceramic material design is more wear-resistant and can effectively extend the service life.
When the low concentration cleaner is running, it uses the centrifugal principle. The pulp forms a high speed rotating flow inside the cleaner. Functions of ceramic cleaner

(2) Reduce the friction adsorption between fibers and impurities. The loss rate of good pulp can be controlled at about 3%.
