The pressure screen rotor is responsible for screening the slurry and separating impurities. It exerts a continuous action on the slurry through the centrifugal force and shear force generated by its rotation, assisting the slurry to pass through the screen drum while preventing larger impurities from entering.
The rotor drives the slurry to be evenly distributed on the surface of the screen basket through high speed rotation. The rotor blades generate high frequency shear force on the slurry during rotation, reducing the adhesion between fibers and preventing the sieve holes from being blocked. The rotor pushes impurities away from the surface of the screen basket through the eddy current effect, allowing the effective fibers in the slurry to pass through the sieve holes smoothly, and the impurities are discharged from the equipment
