The corrugated rollers are heated to a suitable temperature. The base paper is preheated and moistened before being sent between the corrugating rollers. After heating, the base paper passes through the corrugating rollers and is pressed into a wavy corrugated shape through the tight teeth on the surface of the corrugating rollers. After that, the corrugated paper enters the gluing stage through the conveyor belt and is compounded with the paper surface layer. The transmission and coordination of the corrugating rollers ensures the precise combination of the corrugated paper and the paper surface, so that the two are firmly bonded to form a stable wavy corrugated board.
