As one of the core components of the shoe press system in modern paper machines, the shoe press belt can significantly improve the dehydration efficiency of paper. By working in conjunction with the press felt and paper, the shoe sleeve can more efficiently remove moisture and improve the surface quality of paper.
The shoe press belt is mainly made of polyamide and polyurethane, with good alkali resistance and good acid resistance. (Generally speaking, there are grooves designed on the surface of the shoe press belt, and the grooves are of different U-shaped, grooves, intermittent grooves, etc.)
After the shoe press belt is installed, it must be ensured to be tight to avoid the shoe press belt being too loose, resulting in the bulge in the middle of the running seed, causing local damage to the felt and accelerated wear of the shoe press belt.
