Upflow pressure screen is widely used in the screening equipment of paper making industry. It will finely screen the pulp from bottom to top, and efficiently remove impurities and dispersed fiber clusters in the pulp
Upflow pressure screen uses the pulp to flow from bottom to top for screening. The pulp will naturally rise in the screen drum. Since impurities are usually heavier than fibers, heavier impurities can be discharged by gravity at the bottom of the screen drum to prevent debris from entering the subsequent process, while lighter fibers are effectively screened out through the screen holes.
Adopting upflow design, the debris discharge efficiency is higher
Stabilize the screening and effectively prevent the fiber from winding on the screen drum
Low energy consumption and stable operation
Low maintenance cost and long service life. Only some parts (rotor, screen drum) need to be replaced.
