The gravity disc thickener mainly used in the pulp and paper industry, it can wash and concentrate low concentration slurry. The gravity disc thickener uses the pulp level outside the disc filter and the white water level inside the disc for gravity dehydration. After the pulp with a concentration of 0.8% to 1.2% enters the pulp tank, it will be adsorbed on the fan disc, and the white water in the disc will flow from the water guide groove to the two ends of the hollow shaft and be discharged outside the wallboard. The pulp on the disc surface is washed clean by high-pressure water. When the pulp level is higher than the regulating valve gate, it overflows into the pulp outlet tank and is discharged. The pulp outlet concentration is about 3% to 6%. The pulp outlet concentration and production capacity can be adjusted by the speed of the main shaft.
