The outflow pressure screen is also a pulp screening equipment, which is used for pulp purification and impurity removal. Compared with the inflow pressure screen, the pulp of the outflow pressure screen flows from the outside of the screen basket to the inside. This design makes it very effective to handle high concentration pulp, which can greatly improve the effectiveness of pulp screening and reduce equipment blockage and fiber entanglement problems.
The outflow pressure screen allows the pulp to flow from the outside of the screen drum into the inside of the screen basket, and screen out the fibers that meet the requirements. The larger fibers will remain on the outside of the screen drum and be discharged. This screening process effectively removes light and heavy impurities in the pulp and improves the purity of the pulp. The high-precision screen drum structure can filter out various impurities in the pulp (metal particles, gravel, colloids, etc.), and the external flow design can protect the integrity of the fiber structure, avoid excessive damage to the fibers during the screening process, reduce damage to the fibers and improve the fiber quality of the pulp.
