Air spring Bellow is a pneumatic elastic element specially designed for papermaking equipment to buffer vibration and absorb impact force. In papermaking production, high load and high vibration are often accompanied, which can easily cause wear and damage to the equipment and affect production efficiency. Air spring bellow can effectively reduce the impact of vibration and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
The air spring bellow structure consists of air bag, rubber grinding disc, shock absorber and pressure regulator. It adjusts the internal air pressure to adapt to different loads to achieve a soft shock absorption effect. For example: effectively alleviate the strong vibration caused by high-speed operation of papermaking equipment, reduce the impact of vibration transmitted to other parts, effectively extend the service life of equipment, reduce downtime and improve productivity. Compared with traditional metal springs, air spring bellow can adjust the elastic coefficient and have greater flexibility, which is enough to cope with the complex vibrations generated in papermaking production.
The shock absorption principle is based on the air compression characteristics. It consists of a closed elastic air bag. The internal air pressure is adjusted so that the air spring bellow can adapt to different loads. When it receives vibration, it absorbs vibration by compression. When the external pressure decreases, the compressed air will release energy to achieve the shock absorption effect.
