The working principle of the on-line dryer fabric cleaning device is to wash and peel off the stickiness or impurities on the dryer fabric through high-pressure cleaning water, and then separate the heavy impurities through the cyclone separator. The vacuum generator of the cyclone separator is often in the form of a vacuum fan. The device comprises a softening water tank, a water supply pump and a cleaning device. The softening water tank, the water supply pump and the cleaning device are connected through a water supply pipe. The cleaning device includes a pressure pump unit, an air-water separator unit, a vacuum suction fan unit and a sealing water tank unit. The water inlet end of the pressurization pump group is connected with the water outlet end of the water supply pump, and the water outlet end of the pressurization pump group is cleaned. The cleaning dryer fabric is connected with the air-water separator group, one end of the air-water separator group is connected with the vacuum suction fan unit, and the other end is connected with the sealing water tank group. Through the transformation of the pressure pump and the addition of the vacuum suction fan, it can not only quickly remove the dirt such as stickies, but also achieve a good cleaning effect. Moreover, two sets of easy cleaning devices can be used to clean all dryer fabrics at the same time, so as to improve the cleaning efficiency and cleaning quality of dryer fabrics, thereby improving the operation efficiency of the paper machine and increasing the production capacity. However, the vacuum fan is easy to be stuck due to sundries during operation, and the maintenance volume is large, and once the fault occurs, the cleaning of dryer fabrics will be greatly affected.
