Dryer Fabric

Dryer fabric is a key component used in the drying section of paper machines. It helps the paper to dehydrate quickly by transporting wet paper into the drying section and contacting with the dryer cylinder. A well designed dryer fabric should have stable size and heat resistance. Sun Hong uses high temperature resistant materials with a stable structure design to ensure stable strength in high temperature environments, keep the size unchanged, avoid shrinkage or deformation of the dryer fabric resulting in poor paper drying effect, and help improve the surface smoothness of the paper and improve the overall quality of the paper.
 

Spiral dryer fabric

  Unique spiral structure, excellent air permeability, improves drying efficiency and facilitates rapid evaporation of moisture from wet paper.
Uses wear resistant and hydrolysis resistant materials to effectively extend service life.
Strong height stability, improves the overall quality of paper, and is not easy to deform.
Spiral dryer fabric is widely used, suitable for paper machines with a speed below 400m, and can be used to dry packaging paper and cultural paper with a large basis weight.

Round yarn dryer fabric

  Wear resistant and stretch resistant
 The mesh surface is even and flat, effectively improving the heat transfer and drying capacity.

Lat yarn dryer fabric

  It has good flatness and can remain stable under high tension environment.
 It is resistant to pollution and easy to clean, with long service life and reduced maintenance requirements.
 It is wear resistant and durable, suitable for high intensity production.
