Problems and reasons that are easy to appear in the use of forming fabric

1、 The mesh edge is worn too fast

Most paper machines are badly worn at the joints with and without vacuum.

(1) Try to increase the staggered width of the vacuum box opening in turn.

(2) Add normal pressure lubricating water to the edge of the vacuum box.

(3) Apply reinforcing bars at appropriate positions.

(4) Check whether the edge wiper and vacuum box have edges or gaps. Especially at the joints of ceramic panels, this is a weak link.

(5) Check whether there is serious wear at the edge of each roll (the diameter becomes thinner after wear, making the tension of the mesh smaller than the normal mesh surface and further accelerating the wear).

2、 Overall wear is too fast

(1) The quality of the panel is not up to standard.

(2) The net tension is relatively small, the return tension of single-layer net is 3-4kg/cm, and the return tension of formed net of more than two layers is 5-6kg/cm.

(3) The quality of filler is poor.

(4) The mesh has large permeability and more packing loss, and there are too many packing particles between the mesh and the vacuum box panel, which will also cause the overall wear of the mesh faster.

(5) The mesh has small air permeability and slow water filtration, resulting in increased vacuum and accelerated wear.

(6) The speed of the guide roller is out of sync with the wire speed.

(7) The speed of the upper and lower networks is not synchronized.

3、 Local longitudinal full length is worn too fast

Whether the molding board, wiper board and vacuum box panel have faults, unevenness and gaps; Whether the rollers are partially worn or corroded.

4、 Local longitudinal bulge

Whether the molding plate, wiper plate and vacuum box panel are staggered and uneven, whether the breast roll vacuum couch roll has bumps such as solder joints, and whether the rubber covered roll has impurities.

5、 The network moves quickly during operation

The corrector is not working properly, and the net edge is not straight.

6、 The net narrows after being used for a period of time

The partial wear of the molding plate, wiper plate, vacuum box panel or guide roller causes the mark line of the screen to become inclined for a period of time (local screen operation is inconsistent).
