The vacuum suction box is a device used in the paper machine net section. It is mainly used to remove moisture from the pulp through vacuum during the pulp forming process. It is located on the forming fabric paper and extracts water from the wet paper through negative pressure, which helps to improve the dehydration efficiency and the uniformity of the paper, and significantly improves the quality of the paper and the production efficiency of the paper machine.
After the pulp is laid on the forming fabric, the vacuum suction box uses vacuum suction to quickly remove free water from the wet paper, dehydrate it to form a preliminary paper structure, greatly reducing the retention of water and allowing it to enter the next pressing and drying stage. The vacuum suction box pre-dehydration reduces the workload of subsequent pressing and drying.
