Flat Yarn Dryer Fabric

Sun Hong flat yarn dryer fabric has a smooth and flat paper surface, high drying efficiency, superior hydrolysis resistance, and high stability in use. It is suitable for the making of special paper, cultural paper, and packaging paper machines. Paper machines with a speed of less than 2000m/min can meet normal use.

Round Yarn Dryer Fabric

Round yarn dryer fabrics consist of strong warp and weft yarns that are circular in shape. A double layer warp knitting machine guarantees stable operation and a uniform, smooth surface that enhances heat transfer and drying efficiency.

Spiral Dryer Fabric

Suitable for packaging paper, cultural paper, board paper, and pulp board with large dry weight. It has the advantages of high breathability, flat mesh surface, easy disassembly, good strength, and long service life.

1.Sun hong's dryer fabrics have excellent resistance to hydrolysis and degradation to maximize lifespan.

2. PPS material is optional for reinforced edges in harsh conditions.

3. Sun hong uses different yarn structures and shapes to control contact area, stability, abrasion resistance and cleanliness.

4. Round and rectangular monofilament yarns are used for weaving and drying fabrics. Rectangular or flat monofilament yarns are used as machine and transverse yarns to improve operability, paper handling and wear potential on high speed machines.
