Screen Basket for Paper Pulping

The screen basket is the core component installed on the pressure screen. After the slurry enters the pressure screen, under the action of centrifugal force or pressure, the slurry flows along the inner wall of the screen drum. Qualified fibers pass through the screen holes of the screen basket and enter the next process. Impurities and longer fibers will be blocked and discharged, ensuring that the quality of the slurry meets production requirements.

Screen basket can be divided into two types: drilled screens and slotted screens, which are suitable for different screening requirements and pulp characteristics. Reasonable selection can greatly increase production efficiency and optimize pulp quality.
